Fredrik “Frallan” Yngbro, who manages a tire company and works at the sawmill, is a perfectionist in handling a smoker for the best-smoked meats. He has extensive knowledge of BBQ and loves food in all its forms.
Henrik Andersson, our team veteran, started competing as early as 2014. Having worked as a chef for most of his life and run his own business, he’s a true idea generator where nothing is impossible. Currently serving as the head chef at both restaurants at the Ringhals nuclear power plant.
Jessika Hedén is the team’s finesse chef. Details and presentations are her specialty, and she’s often the one compiling menu plans, combinations, and overall concepts. With over 20 years in the restaurant industry, Jessika currently works as the operations manager for both restaurants at the Ringhals nuclear power plant.
